Pokud vámi zvolená nezisková organizaci nemůže dar přijmout (například protože už nesplňuje kritéria účasti) nebo pokud je dar z jiných důvodů nepředatelný, hotovostní dar bude předán neziskové organizaci, kterou vybere Microsoft. Microsoft nijak neschvaluje činnost neziskových organizací.
