OGF는 사용자를 대신하여 Microsoft의 기부에 대한 독점적인 법적 제어권을 갖습니다. 기부금 사용은 환불되지 않습니다. 선택한 비영리 단체가 기부금을 받을 수 없거나(예: 참여 조건을 더 이상 충족하지 않는 경우) 기부금이 전달될 수 없는 경우, 현금 기부금은 Microsoft가 선택한 비영리 단체로 전달됩니다.
